§ 9-89. Organization.

(a)

The sustainable development director shall serve as secretary of the contractors' examining and mediation board and shall have no vote. The sustainable development director shall be permitted to designate a staff member to serve in his stead.

(b)

The board shall elect a chairman and such other officers as may be necessary from among their members. Terms of all officers shall be for one (1) year beginning on November first with elections to be held at the first meeting in October of each year.
