§ 9-90. Meetings.

(a)

The contractors' examining and mediation board shall meet at the call of the chairman of the board and in his absence by the vice-chairman of the board.

(b)

All examinations and minutes of board meetings shall be public records except those portions which are of a confidential nature, such as credit reports, financial statements, and communications received by the board in respect to the applicants' qualifications. All minutes and records shall be kept in the office of the sustainable development department.

(c)

Three (3) members of the board shall constitute a quorum at the meeting, and a majority vote of those present shall be required to make any decision.
