§ 9-109. Same—Prerequisite for business tax receipt.

Whenever a business tax receipt is required of any contractor, subcontractor, superintendent, master or journeyman, no such business tax receipt shall be issued unless the applicant shall first procure from the Broward County Central Examining Board and/or the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board a current certificate of competency and shall present a copy to the business tax division.
