§ 9-87. Terms of office; removal; vacancies.

(a)

The term of office for each member of the contractors' examining and mediation board shall be for a three-year term or until his successor has been duly appointed and qualified.

(b)

Any member of the board may be removed from office by a majority vote of the city commission.

(c)

Any vacancy occurring during the unexpired term of office of any member of the board shall be filled by the city commission for the unexpired term.
