§ 8-119. Pump-out facilities.

It is prohibited to discharge wastewater from a vessel moored at any municipal dock space into the waterways. All such wastewater shall be discharged only into a pump-out facility provided by the city or into another land-based or water-based licensed pump-out facility. Wastewater is defined as all water-carried wastes generated by human activities.
