§ 28-197. Stormwater management program rates.

The stormwater management program rates shall be as follows:

Customer Category	Monthly Stormwater Management Rate 28-197
	Effective 10/1/2018	On 10/1/2019, and October 1 of each year thereafter, charges shall be adjusted by multiplying the prior year's charge by 5%.   *See Note 1 at Sec. 28-76(b)(1)
Category I - Per unit	$12.00
Category II - Per acre	$120.96
Category III - Per acre	$38.34
