§ 28-167. Property of city; rights reserved to install, remove, etc.

All water meters shall be furnished and installed by the city and shall be used on all service lines. All meters shall belong to the city and the right is reserved to the city to remove any meter at any time from any premises when it is deemed necessary, by giving due notice prior to the removal of such meter.
