§ 26-71. Oversize, overweight vehicles.

No oversized or overweight vehicle or equipment may be driven, occupied or proceed upon any street or roadway except in accordance with a permit issued by the chief of police and approved by the city manager or his/her designee and such other regulations as are set forth in this chapter which may apply.
