§ 19-71. Rental fees.

Lockhart Stadium and Fort Lauderdale Stadium are municipally owned stadiums for rent to the general public under the rules and regulations approved by the city commission and as contained in this Code or as provided in this article. The rental fees for such stadiums shall be as follows:

(1)

Such rental fees or rates as may be authorized by lease, such lease to be approved by the city commission; or

(2)

For short term leases or permits, as provided in section 19-72, such rental fees or rates as may be authorized by the city manager as set out in section 19-3.
