§ 13-32. Disconnection of improper gas installations.

The fire chief or any officer or member of the fire-rescue department is hereby given authority to order any gas company to disconnect its service to any building or buildings containing gas installations which, in the opinion of the fire chief or any officer or member of the fire-rescue department, is considered to be defective.
