§ 13-3. Compliance with orders.

It shall be unlawful for any person, owner or agent of real property who has been issued an order or legal notice as authorized in this chapter by the fire chief or any officer or member of the fire-rescue department to fail to comply with such order or legal notice within the time prescribed therein.
