§ 13-2. Responsibility for violations.

Any person, owner or owner's agent of real property upon which or in which violations occur or member or employee of any firm, company, or corporation who shall violate, permit to be violated, or cause to be violated any provision of this chapter or any relevant or pertinent section of this Code, shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
