The applicant shall execute such agreements, easements and other documents necessary
with regard to the implementation of any conditions imposed with regard to the PUD.
Such documents may include but are not limited to contracts, covenants, deed restrictions
and sureties acceptable to the city for completion of the development according to
the plans approved at the time of rezoning to PUD and for continuing operation and
maintenance of such areas, functions, and facilities which are not proposed to be
provided, operated or maintained at public expenses.
