The following shall constitute residential zoning districts for the purposes of this Section:

District	Title
RS-3.52 RS-6.70, RS-6.85A and RS-6.85B	One-family detached dwelling districts
RD-12.22	Duplex and attached one-family dwelling districts
RM-12.67 through RM-33.5	Multiple-family dwelling districts
