All buildings and structures requiring a building permit shall have a setback of a
minimum of one hundred (100) feet from the mean high water line of the Atlantic Ocean
in the section of the beach bounded by the Port Everglades Inlet on the south and
the north boundary line of the subdivision of Holiday Beach, PB 27, p. 39, public
records of Broward County, Florida, and its extension, on the north. The mean high
water line is defined in Section 47-2, Measurements.
