§ 9-308. Minimum standards for roofs.

(a)

All roofs shall be maintained in a safe, secure and watertight condition.

(b)

Roofs shall be maintained in a clean condition and kept free of trash, debris or any other element which is not a permanent part of the building or a functional element of its mechanical or electrical system.

(c)

Any false roof, mansard or like roof element or other auxiliary structure on the roof shall be maintained in a safe, secure manner and in good condition.
