§ 9-281. Sanitary maintenance of certain premises.

(a)

No owner, occupant or operator of a dwelling, dwelling unit, hotel, hotel unit, rooming house or rooming unit shall deposit or cause to be deposited any rubbish, trash, garbage or other refuse upon the premises improved with any such structure or on any adjacent premises.

(b)

Owners of premises identified in subsection (a) of this section or owners of premises adjacent to such improved premises shall be required to keep their premises free from excessive growth of weeds, grass and other flora and rubbish, trash and other refuse, in accordance with this Code of Ordinances.
