§ 9-256. Adoption of rules and regulations.

The enforcing agency is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem reasonable and necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of this article, provided such rules and regulations are not in conflict with any provisions of this article nor with any ordinance of the city nor with any laws of the state and, providing further, that such rules and regulations are approved by ordinance.
