§ 9-240. Unlawful to utilize premises in violation of article.

  • No person shall occupy or let to another for occupancy, any dwelling or dwelling unit for the purpose of living, sleeping, cooking or eating therein or any hotel, hotel unit, rooming house or rooming unit for the purpose of living or sleeping therein which, upon inspection by an inspecting officer, based upon a written notice which has become an order, has been declared to be in violation of the provisions of this article.
