§ 9-239. Penalties.

(a)

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article, or convicted of knowingly or wilfully assisting in the violation thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 of this Code of Ordinances.

(b)

Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
