§ 9-196. Inboard sewage device.

An approved sewage receiving tank and ejection device shall be installed aboard every floating home or other floating structure. Such devices shall consist of an approved tank with a liquid capacity of not less than thirty (30) gallons nor more than forty (40) gallons and shall be equipped with a two (2) inch discharge line and one-half-horsepower pump. The inboard sewage device shall be connected to an approved moorage sewage collection system.
