§ 8-117. Signs.

(a)

No signs shall be permitted to be displayed on or adjacent to municipal docks except as may otherwise be allowed in this Code.

(b)

No advertising signs of any kind shall be permitted on boats docked within residential areas of the city or at municipal docks, except "for sale" signs not larger than three hundred thirty-six (336) square inches in size.
