§ 8-116. Injuring or damaging docks or wharves.

All persons injuring or damaging the municipal docks or wharves, or all persons liable therefor, shall immediately reimburse the city in an amount equal to the cost of repairing such damage or injury to the docks or wharves. The city shall have a specific lien on any vessel or watercraft, its equipment and appurtenances, which shall damage the municipal docks or wharves, due to the negligence in the operation of the handling thereof.
