§ 8-115. Soliciting at docks.

It shall be unlawful for any operator of a charter boat, fishing boat or sightseeing boat docked at the municipal docks to solicit business or offer for sale goods, wares, merchandise or services at any place in the city other than from the boat so licensed or from a sales booth operated in connection therewith. However, this section shall not preclude such operator from advertising in the newspaper, radio and television media.
