§ 8-113. Abandonment of docking space.
If the holder of a permit wishes to temporarily vacate an assigned space for a period of more than forty-eight (48) hours, he must first give prior notice and payment in advance to the supervisor of marine facilities if the permit holder desires to reserve such space. If space is vacated forty-eight (48) hours beyond the period for which rent has been paid, the supervisor shall assume that the space has been abandoned and shall cancel the permit. Any and all fees shall be retained and the supervisor of marine facilities shall have the right to reassign the space.
