§ 8-111. Failure to pay dockage fees.

Should any permit holder become delinquent for a period of five (5) days in the payment of dockage fees, the city shall have the right to assess a late payment fee in the amount of fifteen (15) percent of the amount that is overdue and shall have the right to revoke the permit and to have the boat or watercraft impounded in accordance with maritime law.
