§ 8-110. Docking permit; time limitation; application required for renewal.

(a)

Docking permits shall not be issued for periods in excess of one (1) year; provided, however, that the city commission may authorize the use of dock space in excess of one (1) year in accordance with applicable provisions of the charter. Application as prescribed in section 8-107 is required for renewal of docking permits.

(b)

Multiple applications for a single docking space shall be forwarded to the city commission for determination. All docking permits issued are subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the supervisor of marine facilities.
