§ 8-109. Dockage fees.

It shall be the duty of the city manager to grade and fix the dockage fees for all municipal docks controlled by the city, and to furnish the supervisor of marine facilities and the finance director with a list of prices so fixed. The city manager shall review the prices of all municipal docks in the city as often as it is deemed advisable, and when such revision is made, the supervisor of marine facilities and the finance director shall be furnished with a revised list of dockage fees.
