§ 8-107. Procedure for new boats arriving without assigned space.

A boat or watercraft not having previous assignment of space shall tie up at the municipal docks for the purpose of completing application for assignment of space or other instructions. The application shall be in writing to the supervisor of marine facilities upon forms furnished and shall contain information as required. This application shall be signed by owner or his authorized agent and shall serve as an agreement or contract to abide by the city ordinances and posted regulations pertaining to city docks. Should no space be available at the municipal docks, the supervisor of marine facilities shall place the applicant's name upon a waiting list.
