§ 8-82. Swimming, bathing outside certain areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person to swim outside of the area extending fifty (50) yards eastward from the high-tide water mark of the Atlantic Ocean at the public beach, and beyond control and supervision of the lifeguard, unless express permission has been obtained from the supervising lifeguard to do so. Any person requested by the lifeguard to come in must do so, and failure so to do shall constitute an offense.
