It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke any cigarette, pipe, cigar or smoking
material on any pier, dock, wharf or other waterfront facility at Port Everglades,
Florida, which lies within the corporate limits of the city, except at such places
in such prohibited zone as may be designated from time to time by the port manager
of Port Everglades.
