§ 8-2. Responsibility for violations.

The owner and/or operator of a boat is responsible for all violations committed with the boat. In the event that the operator cannot be determined or no one will admit to being the operator, the boat will be impounded immediately at the nearest licensed marine facility until such determination has been made.
