§ 6-50. Lighting standards for new development that has already been permitted.

The provisions of section 6-49 of this division shall not apply to any structure for which the City of Fort Lauderdale Sustainable Development Department has issued a building permit prior to the effective date of this division. Said structures shall be governed by the provisions of section 6-51 of this division.
