§ 5-33. Use of licensed premises for immoral or criminal purposes.

  • No licensee shall permit the premises licensed under the state beverage law to be used for any immoral, improper or criminal purposes, neither shall he permit persons of known immoral, improper or criminal habits to frequent, loiter, or assemble on the premises or in the entrance thereto.
