§ 5-2. Bottle club regulations.

Bottle clubs shall be subject to all regulations and restrictions contained in this chapter pertaining to cocktail bars and shall be limited to the same hours of operation as vendors licensed under the state beverage law to sell alcoholic beverages, as set forth in section 5-29 of this chapter.
