§ 4-7. Notices.

Latest version.

The city shall notify alarm users of each alarm response, as well as the property owner where an alarm system is installed if different than the alarm user, which exceed two (2) alarms to which either the police or fire-rescue department responded in any twelve-month period. Notice from the city to any alarm user shall be deemed to have been given on the date such notice is deposited in the U.S. mail, first class postage, prepaid, addressed to the address where the city responded.
