§ 2-255. Established; intent; composition; term.

There is hereby established a nuisance abatement board of the City of Fort Lauderdale. The board shall consist of five (5) members and two (2) alternate members.

Board members shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the city commission for a term of one (1) year. Board members must be residents of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
