§ 2-218. Board to manage public works and utilities.

The city commission may create a separate board to have supervision and control of the operation of any or all public utilities and public works and prescribe the duties of such board and make all necessary rules and regulations pertaining thereto, or it may designate certain officers of the city to have supervision and control of such utilities.
