§ 2-275. Powers and duties of emergency response team.

The emergency response team is hereby created within the city as the group of persons identified in this article and the CEMP, who are responsible for managing, directing and implementing the city's overall emergency response and recovery operations prior to, during, and following an emergency or disaster.
