§ 28-188. Penalties for late payments.

Latest version.

A one (1) percent late payment penalty based upon the total amount past due shall be assessed against any accounts with a balance remaining due at the time of billing. Said penalties shall be in addition to any amounts due and shall apply to any previous unpaid penalty amounts remaining from previous penalty assessments.
