§ 28-151. Temporary shutoffs; claims against city.
Latest version.
The city reserves the right to shut off water temporarily whenever necessary for the purpose of making alterations or repairs. It is expressly stipulated by and between the city water division and consumers of water that no claim shall be made against the city for or on account of the bursting or breaking of any main or service pipe or on account of accidental failure of the supply.
