§ 28-140. Fees for connections, disconnections and name changes.

(a)

The service fee for a consumer requesting water service connection or disconnection shall be ten dollars ($10.00). The service fee for the reconnection or disconnection of water service for accounts which are delinquent shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).

(b)

The charge for reestablishment of water service requiring the water meter to be reinstalled shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
