§ 28-36. Special assessment revolving fund.

  • (a)

    A special assessment revolving fund for a sanitary sewer is hereby created.

    (b)

    As the sanitary sewer system is extended within the corporate limits of the city, the total cost of installation of laterals, trunk lines, pumping stations and force mains, as well as the cost of increasing the capacity of any of the existing facilities, with the exception of the sewage treatment plant and outfall sewer, shall be advanced from the special assessment revolving fund created, and all special assessments received from the owners of the property especially benefitted thereby shall be deposited in such fund.
