§ 26-160. Time limit and rate for curb parking meters.

(a)

Each curb parking meter shall contain a legend showing the type of payments, the parking time allowed for payment and the hours during which payment must be made.

(b)

The operator using such space shall immediately make payment upon parking in the designated area. In case of violation, it shall be the duty of enforcement personnel to issue a citation.
