§ 26-73. Load limits on bridges.

(a)

No person shall drive, propel, operate or cause to be driven, propelled or operated on or over any bridge located in the city and under the jurisdiction of the city any motor vehicle, the gross weight of which exceeds the weight limit posted for such bridge.

(b)

The city manager is empowered to post the weight limitations for city bridges in accord with the provisions of state law.
