§ 25-78. Maintenance of barricades and warning signals.

Any person cutting or removing any sidewalk or curb in the city shall protect such opening by means of proper barricades and lights and maintain the same during the period of the construction work. Any opening found not properly protected shall immediately be closed by the city and the cost thereof charged against the owner of the abutting property.
