§ 24-6. Disposal of solid waste required at city-approved facilities; exemption.

Solid waste generated within the city shall be disposed of at city approved locations and in accordance with any applicable inter-local agreements. Solid waste generated within the city that is shown to be transported to a destination outside the State of Florida based upon a sworn affidavit of a hauler delivered to the city and reciting facts which evidence the transportation and disposal of waste outside the State of Florida is excluded from the flow control restrictions contained herein.
