§ 24-2. Penalties and enforcement.

(a)

Any person or owner of real property upon or in which violations of this chapter occur who shall violate or permit to be violated or cause to be violated any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-6 and Chapter 18 of this Code. Each day any such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

It shall be the responsibility of the city manager to strictly enforce the provisions of this chapter.
