It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this division.
Any person violating this division shall be subject to immediate expulsion and shall
leave the area immediately upon being ordered to do so by the director of the parks
and recreation department, a police officer of the city, the stadium managers of either
Lockhart or Fort Lauderdale Stadiums, or their duly authorized assistants, or any
city employee who is on duty at such stadiums. Upon the failure of any such person
to so immediately leave the area, such person shall be deemed to have committed a
trespass, shall be subject to arrest, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided
in section 1-6 of this Code.
