§ 19-87. Scope, application of division.

The provisions of this division shall govern behavior and conduct at Lockhart and Fort Lauderdale Stadiums and shall apply to that area of the city bounded on the south by Northwest 52nd Street, on the north by Northwest 57th Street, on the east by Northwest 12th Avenue and on the west by Northwest 15th Avenue.
